Late Policy

Please try and be at least 5 minutes early to your appointment. If you are running a few minutes late please call ahead to give us a heads up.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure we have enough time to give you the service and experience we strive for.

No Shows and Cancellations

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances pop up and you can no longer make an appointment. Please try and give us 24 hours notice if you no longer can make a booking as this will give us plenty of time to fill the slot.

If you do not show and/or repeatedly miss a booking, you may be blacklisted from being able to book any services with us and/or charged 50% of the service you booked.
