Late Policy - No shows + Cancelations

Please note that we are a busy venue, which means we recommend making a booking.

If you are running late, please call in advance so we can see if we can move your time. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, your booking will be treated as a missed appointment and classified as a no-show. In this case, you will be charged 100% of the booked service value.

Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 hours before your booking. Cancellations made within 3 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service value.

Clients who do not attend their appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service value.

Please note that all card payments incur a small card fee. Street parking is available at all locations but can be busy, so please arrive early to ensure that you do not miss your start time.
